Special Issue on Cloud Computing and Next Generation Internet

Theme and Scope

The Internet has come into our life and every thing likes to connect to Internetwork. Like the cloud computing running on Internet continuously becomes more and more popular and delivers business value. However, current Internet protocol (IPv4) is running out of address and cloud computing become more and more important technology. This phenomena has brought about two contemporary development trends in the Internet, namely impacts of cloud computing and Next Generation Internet (IPv6).This special issue is intended to foster the dissemination of state-of-the-art research in the area of cloud computing and Next Generation Internet that can fulfill the anytime and anywhere access dream. Original researches articles are solicited in all aspects of cloud computing and Next Generation Internet. The papers should not be submitted simultaneously for publication elsewhere. Topics appropriate for this special section include, but are not limited to:  

 

  • E-Business of cloud computing
  • Adoption of cloud computing and its antecedents
  • Implementation of cloud computing in organization
  • Cloud computing framework and architecture
  • Survey of cloud computing services
  • Security, availability, and performance issues in cloud computing
  • Virtualization and cloud computing
  • Review and Meta-Analysis of Internet research
  • Study of Factors Influencing Internet Satisfaction, Effectiveness, and Success.
  • Future Directions of Internet Research
  • IPv6 related topics are especially welcome

 

Instructions for Manuscripts

This special issue aims to foster state-of-the-art research in the area of cloud computing and Next Generation Internet (IPv6). The submitted papers must be written in English and describe original research which is not published nor currently under review by other journals or conferences. Author guidelines for preparation of manuscript can be found at http://jit.ndhu.edu.tw/preparation2.php. The covering letter should indicate the names of the authors and their affiliations, addresses, faxes, and e-mails. Submission should be e-mailed as a PDF or Word file directly to Prof. Wen-Lung Shiau before October 31, 2012.
