Scope:
The IJCSE is a double-blind referred academic journal for all fields of cyber society and education. All theoretical, empirical and applied manuscripts will be considered for publication. The journal encourages manuscript submissions from authors all over
the world.
The
IJECS special issue on "Online Behavior and Social Networking" invites original, previously unpublished, research, survey
papers, and short research notes, on both applied and theoretical aspects of
online behavior and social networking research.
The IJECS special issue on "Internet and Education" focuses on the education issue on Internet age. The special issue invites original, previously unpublished, research, survey papers, and short research notes, on both applied and theoretical aspects of education research which is relative with Internet.

submission deadline for papers to be considered for International Journal of Cyber Society and Education is January 15, 2013.
No page charge:
Base on review results, the IJCSE would
arrange manuscripts as fifteen (15) pages
"full papers" or four (4) pages "research notes". Page charges
for publication will be waived for first fifteen (15) pages of all
accepted full papers or four (4) pages of
research notes. Authors need to pay the
extra page charge if their manuscript is longer than the assigned
page quota. The page charge waive is a privilege for registered conference participants only. If authors do not pay
the conference registration fee, their
papers will not appear in the journals and CD proceedings.
